JMD Beverages Educational Center

Our state-of-the-art headquarters, the JMD center, is located in Halawa Valley on Oahu.  This facility houses the JMD Educational Center for Wine and Food: a wine cellar,  learning center/banquet room and 

kitchen dedicated to the education and appreciation of fine wine and food in Hawaii.

Courses in wine and food education are offered to the public in conjunction with the College of Continuing Education at the University of Hawaii, Manoa.  For information on upcoming classes, please use this link.
